Would the guy have been charged with WILFUL MURDER at the end?

Extenuating circumstances be damned, this guy deserves to die on Death Row for what he did!

If I was in his shoes I'd have offed myself pretty soon afterwards anyway.

pretty sure he killed himself like 13 seconds later

I think the others committed suicide by proxy. They could have disagreed with him. I think he only killed volunteers (except his kid).
