Aborted. It's not wrong, simply if it's unwanted (banged by some dude, raped, too young, etc) then it's perhaps for the better that the mother doesn't give birth.
I do have to say I liked the movie more the first time I seen it than now.
If she was going to abort, we wouldn't have a movie about a woman going through pregnancy.

I think Allison might have considered an abortion, but seeing the 8 week fetus on the ultrasound screen was just too much.

Btw, I am not 100% against abortion.
I'm not so egotistical to think the world couldn't have done without me. And since I would have no memory of being terminated, or of the life I would have lived, I'd have no regrets. I would have no consciousness, period.
If there is Another Side out there in the great beyond, I'd be reincarnated (hopefully into more welcoming circumstances), or as an innocent little babe I would fly straight into the arms of the blessed lord jesus...(if he's real)
So it's kind of Win/Win.

share8 weeks is the cut off point for abortion. Even if she chose that option her time was up for it.

Seeing the heartbeat during the ultrasound as a factor, as well as her mom's comments about how she wasn't having a "real" baby (so it was in part an act of defiance).
