I don't understand what happened to her. She was kidnapped and then we never found out what happened to her....maybe I missed something?

It was left ambiguous. My guess is that she'll be back.

Didn't Bernard kill her? That was the impression I got after he asked Ford if he had ever made him do anything like this before after he killed Theresa... And then we see some flashbacks of Bernard grabbing and killing Elsie...

It seemed this way to me, too. But I'd have to re-watch to be sure.

Bernard's memories showed him choking her. BUT they might be false.. and maybe he really left her alive.
