I'm all about Stephen King so most of these are Stephen King movies.
Creepshow--The monster in The Crate rips the guy's head open.
Misery--Hobbling
Carrie--Carrie's revenge at the dance
Nightmare on Elm Street 3--Freddy's "puppet"
Final Destination 3--Roller coaster scene
The Shining--All work and no play make Jack a dull boy
Misery--Annie shoots the sherriff
The Shining--Jack chases Danny through the maze
Nightmare on Elm Street--High atop the bedroom with blood coming out of my stomach
Nightmare on Elm Street 2--Freddy crashes the overnight party
Nightmare on Elm Street 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 7--One two Freddy's coming for you
The Shining--The two ghosts
The Shining--Jack with an ax ("Heeeeeeere's Johnny!!")
Secret Window--Mort murders Ami
Final Destination 3--Burnt to death
Final Destination 3--The truck stabs the back of the guy's head
Final Destination--The airplane scene
Wes Craven's New Nightmare--Sleepwalking into oncoming traffic
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre--Every scene with Leatherface.
Evil Dead 2--"Who's laughing now?!"
Final Destination 2--The pile-up
Final Destination 2--Impaled by the ladder
Final Destination 2--Who says elevators can't be deadly?
Halloween--Every scene when Michael is just staring at one of the character
Halloween--Resurrected...sort of
Halloween 2--The fake Michael

All the moments from the Stephen King flicks, I would definitely agree. Others, not in any particular order:

*Wait Until Dark - Harry jumps out at Suzy after she turns off all the lights
*The Exorcist - "LET JESUS *beep* YOU!"
*The Exorcist - Regan's head spins around
*The Exorcist III - Nurse scene
*Night of the Living Dead - Karen stabs her mother to death with the shovel
*Marathon Man - Root canal
*Gates of Hell - Intesetinal pukage
*Suspiria - Double-murder on the stained-glass window
*Cannibal Holocaust - "FAYE! FAYE! FAAAYE!"
*Full Metal Jacket - "I am in a world of *beep*
*Silent Phantom of the Opera - Erik's face
*Freaks - "We accept her! One of us!"
*The Green Mile - Delacroix's execution
*Virtually any scene from any movie involving eye trauma, though the worst one is probably the stake from Zombie, or the straightrazor from Un Chien Andalou

I might think of more later.

I tried to do a similar post like this and no one replied, so Ill just do mine here:

*Muholland Drive - The scary looking guy jumps out in the alley behind the diner and gives the guy a heart attack.

*Muholland Drive - the creepy old people chasing the girl at the end. David Lynch can scare me with one of his scenes more than any horror movie ever could.

*The Shining - Jack Nicholson frozen at the end. It just looks so damn creepy.

*The Shining - The old lady in room 237

*Cabin Fever - The dream sequence of the guy and the girl making out and then it cuts to the girls rotted away face.

*The Omen II - A woman gets her eyes pecked out by a crow and then wanders a highway, blind, until she is hit by an 18 wheeler. This scene freaked me out as a kid.

*Sleepaway Camp - the last 30 seconds. I wont ruin it. Just watch it

*Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me - Laura Palmer slowly walking to her room, and then Bob pops up out of nowhere.

*House of 1000 Corpses - Run, rabbit, run

*House of 1000 Corpses - At the end when the girl is in the underground lair. Especially when the creepy dude walks up to her and rips her bunny suit off.

*High Tension - When the girl is hiding in the closet and the killer slashes the moms throat right in front of her. Then when she comes out of the closet after the killer has left, the mothers hand that was reaching for the phone is severed. As she goes to touch her thinking she is dead, the mother coughs up one last breath.

*Open Water - (spoiler) The school of sharks at the end and the girl realizes there is no hope.

*Blair Witch Project - I know alot of people hate this movie, but I thought the end was truly creepy. If no one ever said the film was fake, everyone would agree with me.

*Cannibal Holocaust - the Turtle scene. Freaking gross!!!

*Evil Dead - "Look at her eyes!"

GUINEA PIG: DEVIL'S EXPERIMENT- The eyeball scene... sends chills!
GUINEA PIG 2: FLOWER OF FLESH AND BLOOD- The ending
GUINEA PIG 3: HE NEVER DIES!- "Why don't you die now!!!"
GUINEA PIG 4: MERMAID IN A MANHOLE: "Quick! You MUST paint me like seven colors!"
EXORCIST III- The Corridor scene
SAW- Intestines
SAW II- Syringe pit
SAW III- Ice shower
OLDBOY- The "tounge" scene
ICHI THE KILLER- Kakihara Tounge cutting scene
AUDITION- "Kiri Kiri Kiri..."
AUDITION- Leg cutting scene
THE OMEN (remake)- The bathtub scene

Night of the Living Dead...when the zombies rip tom and judy's remains; when the daughter kills the mother; when barbra gets eaten by the zombies

I can agree with a lot of the ones mentioned:

THE SHINING - frozen Jack, followed by the photograph and music. Very creepy.
CUJO - rabid boy freaked me out as a kid
PET SEMATARY - hanging mother freaked me out as a kid as well
CHILD'S PLAY 2 - dead woman sitting in front of the sewing machine freaked me out as a kid too
FINAL DESTINATION 1,2, and 3- the deaths are so sinister and menacing, especially the plane/automobile/rollercoaster crashes, as well as the elevator scene with the man with the hooks
THE OMEN (2006) - father's nightmare sequence, unearthing of Damien's mother gives me chills
SAW II - venus fly trap
MULHOLLAND DR. - hobo behind the dumpster
HIGH TENSION - throat slitting scene

I have to add:

IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS - living painting, old person on the bicycle *shudders*
JACOB'S LADDER - "Is anybody in there? Is anybody HOME??"
HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL (both versions) - in the original, the witch lady freaked me out as a kid. In the remake, the scene where Geoffrey Rush is subjected to nightmares in the chamber
DIABOLIQUE (1955) - bathtub scene
THE GRUDGE (U.S. version) - man dragging his wife's corpse by the hair through a hallway (only in the R-rated cut)
VERTIGO - nightmare sequence
EVENT HORIZON - Sam Neill's dead wife
STIR OF ECHOES - movie theater hypnosis
THE OTHERS - dead children photo album
THE RING (U.S. version) - Naomi Watts falling into the well

House of 1000 corpses -x- SPOILER When Odis shows Bill as 'Fishboy'
Saw -x- When the guy gets up from the floor and rips his face off {Near the end,I didn't get it but it was creepy}
Saw 2 -x- When Xaiver goes all crazy
Creep -x- When the girl is in those underwater cages
Dog Soldiers -x- SPOILER When Megan and Captain Ryan turn into werewolves
Grudge {Japenese version} -x- When the Grudge is coming down the stairs in that really weird way

The Descent- When you see one of the cave dwellers in the girls digital camera
The Shining- The final shot where you see a picture from the 1920's and it slowly zooms in through a 100 odd people to Jack Nicholson
Signs- The alien at the kid's party
Saw- The ending
High Tension- The final shot of "Marie"

Dawn of the Dead(Remake)- The ending when it showed them get to the island.
Wrong Turn- The movie sucked, but the ending was pretty scary.
Halloween- the ending.
Saw- the ending.

I saw a lot of these when I was younger, so they were a lot scarier then.

Nightmare on Elm Street- Pretty much the last half hour, and Freddy in the wall behind Nancy's bed.
Signs- Birthday tape, pantry scene, alien on the roof, alien arm grabbing the kid, alien in the TV... lol. That was a fun day.
Sixth Sense- Hanging family, puking girl
Event Horizon- All of it. I saw it when I was 8.
The Eye- Get out of my chair!
The Exorcist- Crawling down the stairs
Jacob's Ladder- Is anybody in there? IS ANYBODY HOME?

Those are the only ones I can think of that scared me or made me jump, not just disturbed me or made me cringe. I'm forgetting some though. For freaky/cringe scenes the tongue scene in Ichi The Killer takes the cake.
