I've yet to see the ep (busy Christmas), but in the teaser regeneration she says "aw brilliant".

That is correct, I use the closed captions to verify.

I initially thought she said "Oh Berlin"

She said, "Ah, brilliant!" but we don't know what she was referring to.

Dollars to donuts it's brilliant to be a girl this time around.

Yeah probably. She seems pretty keen on whatever she saw (her reflection?) and I suspect we're going to see a more happy-go-lucky doctor.

I'm for one is just as excited for a new Doctor as always.
