Only someone with major mind control could be something like Bourne. And they hint at this by having Bourne mention his migraine headaches. Headaches are frequent in MK ULTRA people. It is a sign they are experiencing an abreaction.

that is a great point. I never thought about connecting mk ultra to this but yeah it makes sense.

I think there's more chance of Bourne than Bond
