I thought this was one of the most tense films I've ever seen, can anyone suggest others like this and is it worth me watching the other two films?

For a moment I thought you meant the Emma Watson one, and then I remembered this movie. I really liked it and second your suggestion. It had some interesting (although slightly cliche) moral decisions.
