Was Kenneth Branagh's character a cyborg?

Yes, I can see that he has a self propelled wheelchair. That's not what I'm talking about. In his introduction he references how much of his body he lost in the Civil War. I know it's an ott parody of the series, but there just seems to be no way he'd survive unless he put his intellect into mechanical replacements.
