The eclipse scene.

Towards the end of the movie, you saw the "solar eclipse" happening at night, and in your opinion, how unrealistic and silly was that part? Or were we, perhaps, not meant to take that little aspect too seriously, even if it is unlikely to ever happen in real life that way at all?

Maybe it has a supernatural or sci-fi aspect of, perhaps, nature battling forces of the supernatural and that this eclipse here was affected by the existence of the vampires and somehow formed at night to battle them?
