Your thoughts on possible significance of Haddaway's song "What Is Love"

Anybody got any ideas on this? I'm looking for real input, not silly jokes.

I mean, they must've chosen that song for some reason. Is that song supposed to represent an era or something? Or is there some other reason it was chosen?

Ever heard anyone talking about this in interviews? IMO the song's impact plays a huge role in the movie's tone.

Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

This music is legendary and an all-time classic!

It was made during the 90s therefore it's a 90s stapple.
