"The juwes are the men who will not be blamed for nothing". Can someone tell me what the hell this was suppose to mean? Any thoughts?

Eureka! It's a double negative. He's saying that the Jews will be blamed for everything. Cuzza what they did to poor old JC! Mystery solved! Albert Einstein was Jack the Ripper.
