Nick in Seattle

It was the late 90’s so Nick probably had no internet presence, and they never exchanged phone numbers. He could perhaps track him via the bar, or the university they went to - basically it would take a whole lot of calling around and dead ends but it wouldn’t be impossible.

Of course, the ultimate dead end is that Nick is probably dead, so there won’t be anyone picking up at the other end, and Bill has been warned not to continue his investigations - so to even try puts him and his family at risk.
