How would you all rate THIS movie, one-to-ten, out of 10?

Hi.

Personally, I give this one a solid 7, yeah I dare say that overall, as far as these Hollywood serial killer thrillers go that emerged in the aftermath of success of such acclaimed ones as "Silence of the Lambs" (1991) and David Fincher's "Se7en" (1995) (also with Morgan Freeman and here he plays a very similar role), this one is one of the better ones around.

It may not be a masterpiece or on par with the aforementioned "Seven" or "Silence..." but still, pretty good. Yeah, the writing could've been a little stronger and at least with one plot element it does indeed require suspension of disbelief and it is a little predictable but in general, I thought it was rather well made, with some solid acting, impressive tension and suspense and overall its not too bad as far as these Hollywood thrillers go in general, there are better ones still but also worse and much worse and I am overall glad I was not disappointed.

So yeah 7 out of 10 from me, how about you?
