Anyone else thinks it iss overrated?
It is a common piece that you can see on TV anytime. 3 of 5 stars.

shareNo. In fact some of us think this is a masterpiece and although not his best, definetley Quentin's most mature work to date. In fact as far as crime pictures go, it one of the best of the past 3 decades.
shareAbsolutely. Especially the part with this being QT's most mature work to date ... which might be because it's an adapted work, I presume.
shareNo chance. I'm no huge Tarantino apologist, but it's leagues ahead on basically every level to your regular TV drama. What do you find so common about it?

Weak? I don't think so.
Short Cut, Draw Blood
What a stupid comment. This is easily Tarantino's most mainstream and accessible film. This film gives hipsters nightmares because of how "normal" it is.

Or, maybe, you just think it sucks because that's what everyone else in your "Reservoir Dogs so rocks!" circle says. You've probably never seen Jackie Brown

It's my favorite QT film, by far.
shareOne of my top ten movies. An Elmore Leonard plot that towers above mere studio scripts, QT tweaking it, a great cast, well acted. It's a clever subtle movie that you can watch again and again for both memorable screen gems and nuances that you haven't noticed before. If you can't see the difference between this cine masterpiece and TV junk, you should stick to watching TV.
shareOverrated?
Not a chance.
