Well, quick subtitles search says 97 matches for "Charles". I'd say about 80% of those belong to Alec Baldwin.

I've always wonder if there was supposed to be a specific reason behind him saying his name all the time.
Maybe he had a subconscious crush on Charles, which he covers up and projects onto Charles by accusing *him* of latent homosexuality.
