probably nearly all of the friend was still in his stomach and digestive tracks.

Funny. I myself remember being kind of grossed out thinking about the chunks of their departed friend still being inside of the bear when they cut it up and ate it. Of course they likely wouldn't gone out of their way to dissect the bear's gastrointestinal tract but still, the very idea of eating an animal with chunks of human carcass inside of it.....
