Good concept, not a great movie

The concept was very provocative and interesting, unfortunately the execution was not handled well at all. This movie had a lot of potential and could've done some great things and said a lot about society but I got the feeling the creative people involved didn't know what to do with it. Also, the love triangle plot device, which can work well sometimes, felt unnecessary and maybe even took away from a potentially good plot. I vote remake, and I'm not big on remakes at all.
