The Charlie Sheen years weren't great, but the first 4 seasons were highly entertaining.

agree re the Mike seasons being much better.

As bad as those seasons were, I would have liked it better if Charlie Sheen wasn't in it at all. Another problem was the blatant laugh track.

they either should have cancelled it after mike left or moved another staff member up to deputy mayor.

If they ended after Mike left, that would have been a perfect ending. And it was the 100th episode.

Hilarious show. All the main characters are fantastic and will make you laugh, what more can you ask for?

This is one of the rare shows where I like every cast member and character (minus Charlie Sheen when he shows up in season 5).
