Max was a little punk

Goofy should have taught him a thing or two about discipline. I wouldn't let my son smart off to me like that.

I didn't realize Pete had an IMDB account.

Wow, its been over 2 years since I posted this? Life is going by fast, people! Soon we'll all be dead!

But Goofy Movie is still a mediocre movie. That won't change.

reply

Max may have been pretty fresh, but I still sympathize with him.

reply

He was just being a typical teenager. Whether you like that or not.

Intelligence and purity.

reply

So what? Teenagers have plenty of depth which can be fairly pitied. I just happen to have a natural understanding.

reply

Because you are a fascist.

Sieg Heil!

reply

True that Max was a punk. But remember that he was a teenager, after all. Most teenagers are usually punks. And besides, Max did have a moment where he apologized for his behaviour.

reply

What you have to remember too is that Goofy would have been really embaressing as a father to any teenager.
It is like he still thought that Max was a toddler.

reply

Fair enough. Sorry if it seemed like I was bashing Max.

reply

Even now that I am an adult, I am a little bit on Max’s side.

Goofy was horrible at communicating and listening. He should have talked about the school incident the moment Max arrived, not when they were drowing in the river.

With a good talk, a lot of the problems later could’ve been avoided.
