The whole movie is basically...
... Fawlty Towers (the acclaimed and classic British comedy series) meets "The Witches of Eastwick" (1987) meets the Coen Brothers/John Dahl light-hearted combination meets "Home Alone" (1990) meets a lighter and less sophisticated "Tarantino/Pulp Fiction (1994)", and is overall an OK slice of hotel-themed movie comedy anthology, with undeniable Tarantino and Rodriguez' feel at least very much in the segments directed by them, but nothing too extraordinary and less than a sum of their parts, but an OK 6/10 I ultimately will give it.
Worth a look but don't expect too much.
