Just watched it for the first time, the special effects lol oh wow, the special effects ha ha ha :-D

Yea lol they were terrible. Even for 1995 it reminded of an early pc game gfx

Agree, I liked the movie but that was one thing that always bugged me about this movie. My goodness, it looked like a 9th grader in 1995 did the effects.

Yep. When you think how Jurassic Park was two years before and those dinos hold up pretty well even viewed today, the effects on this were laughably bad.

I have to wonder if behind the scenes, there was at least one person questioning the poor quality of the CGI. Probably never worked in Hollywood again.
