YOU'RE shite. If this movie was shite, then how come it spawned hundreds of TV show episodes??

i have no idea. was the tv series any better?

It was, a bit like Star Trek in terms of exploration, but set in the present day with the US military, and using the Stargate at first, until they built ships in addition to it.

The movie can be decent even if the weird, gay acting by Jaye Davidson was stupid.

I think it was good and interesting until they went through the stargate. Then it was all downhill after that.

This is one of those movies that I should like yet I didn't really like it.
