When Scott starts to physically change into Santa Claus, he gets on the scale and freaks out that it says he weighs about 195 pounds. That’s probably more than Scott has weighed previously but not really an exceptionally heavy weight

that's quite overweight if you figure Tim Allen is probably 5'8 or so, he should be around 150ish before venturing off into tub-o-lard land

Exactly. It depends on how tall you are. I'm a 5' 11" guy and I was pretty tubby at 195. Shocked me into getting in shape and losing a lot of lard.
