Did anyone else LAUGH OUT LOUD at this scene?

Hi, I was wondering, did anyone else find that part utterly hilarious when Linda Fiorentino first walks into that bar in Beston and then says "Who does a girl gotta suck around here to get a drink?" and then Mike goes "Wow", did anyone else laugh when that guy Shep (played by Dean Norris) says "City trash man you don't dig that?"?? Oh my God, that was SO hilarious, I laughed out loud.

Just notice Shep's expression on his face, not to mention to say a thing like that about a woman, man, so funny.

Did anyone else get a good laugh out of that scene?

The Last Seduction is above all a comedy, so there was indeed a lotta chuckling to be done over the course of those 110 minutes. Funny movie, showcasing the most ridiculously pathetic patsy in any noir, neo- or otherwise.

Well, it didn't always struck me as being funny, even in darkly humorous ways. And for most of the part it was rather serious.

But THAT bar scene involving Shep's character and the way he says "City trash..." about Fiorentino and his brief but effective facial expression was SO hilarious, I laugh everytime I watch that part!

LOL the bars scenes in this movie (which is one of my favorites) always make my laugh. The stuff with Chris played by Brien Varady, I find so hilarious! Him and Dean Norris (Shep) are great in this movie. Too bad we don't see more of Mr. Varady on screen, I did see that he has a movie coming out "Visible Scars" with Tom Sizemore. Can't Wait!!

Whats so funny? That he said 'city trash'? Why is it so hilarious to say something like that about a woman?

2 Fiesta Forevah:

It was hilarious as in hilarious strictly from a CINEMATIC POINT OF VIEW, not quite a real life point of view so to say. And also, in a way, hilarious as in you couldn't quite believe that this is what is happening on screen, plus a brief blink-and-you'll-miss-it hilarious expression on the actor's face who plays the character who says that!

It was mostly hilarious in a "he shouldn't probably have said" it or "we didn't expect him to say it" but he did, cinematic-sort of way! A bit of a movie black humor, so to speak!

There was a lot of laugh out loud scenes in this movie. All above mentioned are great

There was another part I thought was funny: albeit as racist and ignorant as it was.

The hospital scene where the detective is questioning her right after the accident she caused.

Detective: "what did he say exactly?"

Wendy Kroy: "you know.........mother flower this, mother flower that......"

Detective: "ohhh, you mean like in the movies"

No, because I’m not White Trash.

No, nothing made me laugh out loud. That's what happens when it tries too hard to be quirky.
