With basically the same story line and characters as the original etc but minus the magic and the quality of the original !!!

Embarrassing effort all round.

You summed it up well. It is not as silly as the previous one, but at least The Cheesening was funny in its silliness. This one is not just lame but also boring. And the French revolutionaries guillotining him for a treason against the king? The king was one of the first people they guillotined. jfc
