IMO It is the greatest comedy of all time.
Its a masterpiece.
the absolute only bad thing about it is.....When I watched it now, I still LOVE it, But since 2014, I now have the knowledge of what the Sequel ultimately became.....
for me, Its sucks that Literally the greatest comedy of all time, eventually got a sequel that brought back all the same talent and resulted in an absolute shit show.
I cant think of another All time Great Movie that had such an awful sequel as Dumb and Dumber and D+D To
Maybe Independence Day and ID Resurgence, But I dont consider ID quite as Great as D+D....
I do feel ID Resurgence is every bit as awful as D+D To....
But I just think Independence Day is just Good Rather than All Time Great like Dumb and Dumber
It really depresses me how drastically down hill the Farrelly Brothers Went....
I LOVED their first 3 movies, Dumb and Dumber,Kingpin(criminally underrated IMO) and Theres Something About Mary
Then came Movies like Me, Myself and Irene and Shallow Hal, Which IMO were decent to good, but clearly not at the level they started out....
But then came just some below average to bad movies like Stuck On You,Fever Pitch, Heartbreak Kid, Hall Pass, 3 Stooges, and unfortunately Dumb and Dumber To....
anyways....No words can express how much I Love Dumb and Dumber...
