It is 2023. Gabe attends Jessies funeral. He sees Hal there. Gabe no seen him since he retired 10y ago. then Gabe heads to where they worked, and his and Jessies old ranch, looks around. nostalgia.. Hal turns up. suggests they do some climbing for old times, they head to the place where Sarah died 30y ago. There Gabe finds the little fluffy toy Sarah dropped before she fell to her death. he hands it to Hal. who breaks down.. Gabe embraces Hal..

Meanwhile, we meet Xander Qualen (the son of Eric Qualen), focusing on recent photographs of Hal and Gabe at the funeral.. Gabe Walker, the man who killed his father.. He was only 12y old when his parents never came back from the mountains. he's thought of nothing but vengeance on the men who took their lives, and now finally Walkers come out of hiding for his ex wife's funeral.. Xander contacts the group of ex special forces mercenaries he's organised to kill Tucker and Walker .. They head to the mountains..
