Todd is nothing but a bully towards Beavis & Butthead and he treats them like crap, I don't get why they have such a huge admiration towards Todd, I am disappointed they never came to their senses and realized Todd is really nothing but a bully and a total loser.

To them, Todd is an older guy who actually talks it is to them, and has a car, and get chicks, and does whatever he wants with no regard for authority.
And its common for kids to look up to older kids who they think are cool, and it takes time before they finally realize what that person actually is.
