Agree. Definitely in the Top 10 of comedies in the 90s, along with There's Something About Mary and American Pie, although I think American Pie has lost some of it's appeal over the years.

The cast, especially Pesci and Tomei, brought their A-game to this film. From delightfully attention-grabbing performances like Tomei’s to more subtle performances like Fred Gwynne’s, the film’s cast is both hilarious and wonderful from start to finish.
One of the best comedies, period. Oldschool throwback to when a comedy had a real story too. And it's well-rounded. You could watch this with a cool teenager, or your grandmother, and they would both get it.
