What did I miss? Censored word.
Watching this on TV last night. During Mae's rant about the possibility of the league closing down, they edited out a word. This is what I always thought her line was:
And what am l supposed to do? Go back to taxi dancing? Ten cents so some slob can sweat gin all over me?
But "gin" was edited out. We backed it up and watched the scene again, and that word was definitely edited out. My wife wonders if the word that was censored was either piss or s**t. Neither makes sense though.
I don't own the DVD but I was wondering if anyone knew what that word was, and, if the word was "gin", why would it be edited out from broadcast?
