The one thing this movie lacks is Old Man Marley

Its a fun movie and so similar to the first one but its set in NYC. NYC is perfect around Christmas time. But the one thing it badly lacks is Old Man Marley. Pigeon lady doesn't cut it.

I agree that Old Man Marley was better than the pigeon lady, but for Marley to end up in New York would have been too far fetched. You know what I mean? Plus he got reunited with his son so his story was pretty much over. Also even though a lady with pigeons can be scary to a child, Kevin had more reasons to be afraid of Marley than to be afraid of the pigeon lady.

Yea I wasn't saying for him to be in part 2 but I see it wasn't clear. I was just saying he's so much better than Pigeon Lady basically.

I was fine with Pigeon Lady. As George said Marley's story was concluded in the first. He'd not have as much to do.

Yea, I wasn't actually saying that he should've been in part 2. I realize now that wasn't really clear. I just love his character and story, so Home Alone 2 is so similar to the first but it can't be as good without Old Man Marley. Pigeon lady is not great. Rob Schneider and Tim Curry are great though so they close the gap.

well, duh, hello?!

what home alone 2 ACTUALLY lacks is angela goethals doing linnie.

that's why i'll never watch this movie ever again and i'll watch home alone 1 ONLY.

because i can't handle angela goethals being absent and disgusting maureen elizabeth shay replacing her.
