This film was recognized for its use of CGI and practical makeup effects. The gags are great, especially when Goldie Hawn sits with the handle going through her stomach hole. Fun gags and great execution.
It6the regular makeup that stands out on high definition. It just doesn't work well with the outfit colors and actor's complexion.
Fun movie regardless.

shareWhich parts are you referring to? The make up is meant to look bad. In most scenes the characters are either dead or middle-aged women desperately trying to look young.
shareIt was the general makeup for all characters. Not the fatsuit, the aging, or deathly makeup from the damage they received. (which looks great). It's the general makeup used for all characters. It looked fine on VHS, but you can really see it in high def. Just like Mr. Hollan's Opus.
