So in the final fight, was this the Godzilla from the 1985 movie, the one who fought Biollante or did the aliens really remove that Godzilla from history, so that the Godzilla in the final fight is a new Godzilla. I hope it is not a new one.

shareTechnically, it would be the original Godzilla from 1954 if they had moved him to a safe location before the nuclear tests in 1954 and before he was vaporized at the end of that film by the oxygen destroyer. So, it's neither the Godzilla from 1985 nor a new one..... they changed the future.
