the problem with the ending

That fall never would have killed him, think of all the things that happened to the hulk over the series do you really think a fall like that would have destroyed the hulk

reply

Despite the Hulk's strength, his insides would all be damaged and his heart would stop, once he hits concrete.

reply

No way I agree with the OP in the episode Deep Shock the Hulk took over 10,000 volts of electricity and even though he fainted he and Banner were fine.

reply

The Hulk heals at an accelerated speed, this we have seen earlier in the tv-series. So had Banner been able to stay in his Hulk-persona he would have survived.
But he transformed into his fragile human self before his crushing internal damage had a chance to heal.
And so he died.

reply

Same thing happened in the episode deep shock as soon as the hulk grabbed that wire and got shocked he fainted and the voltage he took should have deep fried his insides even in his human form and banner changed as he fainted.

reply

There was precedence. The First Hulk was killed by multiple gunshot wounds. He couldn't recover because the wounds were fatal.

My problem is the title of the movie. It gives away the ending. Titanic did the same thing in the very beginning, although at least they didn't title it The Sinking of the Titanic

reply

Agreed.
