The writers was kinda lazy in this one

No explanation as to how he got that nice house, and no explanation as to how he was suddenly giving therapy to every woman in the neighborhood without any kind of degree or certification.

One minute he was staying in a hotel with nothing to his name except a guys wallet, then the next second he's suddenly buying this real nice house thats obviously more expensive than what was in that guys wallet, and then he's suddenly a family therapist that every woman in the neighborhood is coming to. I mean you can't just say you're a family therapist and then people just come to tell you all their stuff.

It just felt like the writers came up with this stuff but had no idea how to explain it properly so they just didn't.
