I know Ursula was really after Triton. It's been a while since I last saw this but if she successfully married Eric what would her plan be next?

Probably kill him. She only went after him to thwart Ariel.

Use magic to make the deaths of her husband and in-laws look like an accident, become queen, and have her staff dump the whole treasury into the sea, where she can use it to fund a war on Triton?
