CAN SOMEBODY MAKE ME A DVD COPY OF JUST 'ONE' EPISODE??

It is called 'Missing Persons", I believe it is episode 19 in season 1, originally aired in May of 1989. Eve LaRue stars. This is one of the best episodes of the entire series.

Can somebody put this on dvd or even vhs for me??
