WORST Bond girl ever: Maryum D'abo???

Maryum D'abo...Her cousin Olivia D'abo was the movie star in that family. Not even another Bond girl in this one. Dalton was good, however.

reply

Jill St.John is far worse.

reply

Never: Probably the best 1, 2 punch of Bonds girls: Jill St John and Lana Woods.

reply

Lana Wood's chest was the only good thing about that movie.

She's actually one of my favorites. Her performance (namely the accent) is a little shaky in spots, but she has great chemistry with Dalton. She's pretty well written. It's good to see a somewhat "ordinary" person interact with Bond for a change.

I agree. She's my favorite lead heroine Bond girl in the series. She's atypical for the series in the sense she's a Mary Ann when the overwhelming number of Bond girls would be Gingers but that helps her stand out for me. Miss d'Abo's Kara and Dalton's Bond have the most believable Bond girl/Bond chemistry in the series. I don't know if she would've had the same chemistry with Pierce Brosnan if he had played Bond in TLD as originally intended.

reply

I think her character is quite likeable. I find her devotion to her cello rather touching.

reply

Kara was actually not a bad character.

reply

Have you seen Denise Richards in the World Is Not Enough? ... THAT is the worst Bond girl.

Putting her wet tshirt scenes aside. I agree completely.

Here, I'll hold those for you.

reply

ahahah YES.

f*** denise richards man- she blows

reply

Not really. That would be Tanya Roberts from a View to a kill or Christmas Jones from the worlds Not enough.

reply

Lois Chiles (Moonraker), Tanya Roberts (A View to a Kill), and Denise Richards (The World Is Not Enough) were all much worse as far as acting ability is concerned....

Please stop.

reply

Barbara Bach (The Spy Who Loved Me) was pretty bad too. I mean, a wooden plank probably had more acting range, charisma and screen presence than Mrs. Ringo Starr.

reply

Camille Montes (Quantum of Solace) and Jinx (Die Another Day) were far worse too. Olga Kurylenko was boring while Halle Berry was just plain annoying. Even Wai Lin from Tomorrow Never Dies is overrated, let's be honest.

reply

Honesty does not delete itself.

Michelle Yeoh, First Lady of Martial Art.

reply

The best, to look at. Or maybe I just have bad taste?

reply

No Maryam wasn't bad at all. She was really enjoyable.

The two that followed her are probably my two least favorite. Both were bland as hell and not that pretty.

reply

I thought the girls in tomorrow never dies were pretty poor, despite being well cast.
A curiously flat film in general,

reply

Goodnight will forever be my least favorite Bond girl

reply

Come on, Goodnight was cute, if a poll was taken, she would not make top 5.
