When Sean asks Polly, "where's Lenny?" is he referring to Len Hendrix, Jeffrey Kramer's character from the first two movies?

Maybe it was just a gaffe left in by Jeannot Szwarc. Happens all the time in films, where an actor is called by their actual name on-screen, rather than by their character's name. Jeffrey Kramer played Hendricks in "Jaws" and "Jaws 2." IMDB lists Kramer as playing "Hendricks" in "Jaws" and "Jeff Hendricks" in "Jaws 2." That has to be based solely on that one scene where Brody and Ellen refer to Hendricks as Jeff, doesn't it?

Some famous examples are the scene in The Godfather where someone refers to Don Corleone as Marlon and the scene in Schindler’s List when Schindler refers to Itzhak Stern as Ben.
