I'll add spoiler alert, but most people have probably watched already.

Teddy and Vern now faces in the hallway, Chris stabbed, really gets you thinking.

Great film overall, but the last 10 mins brilliant.

Agreed 👍 I just got done watching it for the umpteenth time and the ending just pulls it all together.

Reiner always nails the ending.

He knew how to tell a story, unlike modern Hollywood.

One of only a few films I watch whenever it's on no matter what point it's at.

The other 2 for me are Shawshank redemption and Independence day, dont ask why I dont know I can't help it 😀

The entire movie is pretty much perfect - there are no weak spots .. just a fantastic movie and reminds me of the friends I had in my youth

I agree.

I had 2 friends similar to this we used to disappear all day every day exploring in the school holidays, there parents still live by mine and occasionally when visiting I see them and it's just a thumbs up nothing more, strange/sad how that happens.
