Did this movie eerily foreshadow 9/11?

Maybe I'm overthinking and reaching here, but there's a scene in which one of the terrorists talks about fantasizing about driving a truck through the White House. And then he followed that up by saying something along the lines that he already has "friends" in America and "ONE DAY" something like that will happen.

Well, he was right about having "friends" in America. In the days following 9/11, some Americans were saying we got what we deserved.

Black Sunday predicted a major terrorist attack inside the United States all the way back in 1977.
