shareNo, you can buy kangaroo meat at a lot of butchers and even major supermarkets. You can even find it on pizza's, I've heard a place in Canberra has a "Coat of Arms" pizza with kangaroo and emu meat on it. I've had it many times, I actually quite enjoy it.
