The end credits are hilarious.

I haven't laughed that hard in a while. Fantastic editing. Easily the best part of the film.

"Well...I've seen enough. Come on Charlie, we're going home."

I agree too! I was laughing pretty hard over that.

If only the rest of the film had been as much fun as the closing credits. If only the rest of the film had been fun at all.

I also agree about the credits. There were hilarious!

It's almost as if the producers knew how much of a joke this film was and thought; "We better capitalize on Sybil's tatas as much as possible in the end credits to give the paying customers their money's worth!".

Danning's tits are EPIC. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!

"Cry me a river, build a damn bridge, and make your way across."

Yep. Don't forget Marsha Hunt was pretty nice eye candy, too.

The credits really need to be uploaded to Youtube. Shame that it doesn't appear to be there.

I was watching the Gremlins 2 DVD commentary and Joe Dante mentions this film. Looked it up and found out about the end credits. They are on YouTube as of this posting. They're nuts.
Too bad they didn't do editing tricks like slo mo and reversing it to try and trick the audience into thinking they are different shots. Ha!

Are you guys aware that there are two other versions of the end title sequence?

For those of us who saw the movie on television back in the 80s (which is where I first saw the film), Stirba flaps open her cape instead revealing boffo cleavage (taken from the scene where she spares Jenny and yanks off her necklace). For what it was supposed to be, it worked well enough. I first saw this on our local Fox affiliate in the 80s/90s and it is also the version The Sci-Fi Channel used to show.

I can't remember what it was USA aired. They used the original title card and had a version that ended with after our "heroes" saying "Much later", the camera panned down to the end of the hallway, revealing a family of snickering werewolves. Sadly, this ending seems to be MIA now.

There was third, far lamer, variant produced for TV when the film was remastered by MGM. They just edited in shots of Stirba sighing erotically (a quick shot taken from when Christopher Lee throws the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch). Why they didn't just use the old TV variant is anyone's guess.

The end credits are the best part of the movie. Such a great song too.

reply

Yeah, I've forgotten much of the movie but that awesome song remains in my memory!

They were the only thing worth watching to be honest, lol.
