After Hours is one of them for sure

Absolutely! I have no idea how the decisions are made by the studios regarding which movies to upgrade, but surely Scorsese, of all people, would have the clout to push a Blu Ray version if he really wanted it. Hopefully there's one in the near future.

There are rumors Criterion got the rights from WB when they got Badlands and a couple others. Don't give up hope!

After Hours and The King of Comedy are my favourite Scorsese movies. I'm still waiting for After Hours. Fortunately The King of Comedy has been released on blu already.
