For some reason I cannot get into this movie whatsoever. I've tried to watch it 3 times, and I just find it dreadful. Anyone else?

Try it again. It's far from dreadful.

I thought it was really funny and pretty insightful and the pastoral, lazy summer day quality of it worked really well. It's kind of a "fresh air movie".

It's an excellent movie. Maybe you have to be familiar with Shakespeare to enjoy it?
