The light reflecting off the pond....the chirping of birds....
The scenery in this film was so beautiful, it made your heart hurt to look at it.
Makes you determined to find a place to live like that.....*pleasant sigh*.

Absolutely gorgeous. About as picturesque a film that there could be. I saw it in the theater when it opened, at a very good time. I was visiting family in Alabama when I was 11 years old. It just keeps growing on me more and more as the years go by.
