Just saw it for the first time and I agree. This was an entertaining movie and I think much of that is due to it being very visually appealing. I also think there's an interesting paradox to the ghost of a sick, crippled child being so powerful.

Yes, the story and the acting made this movie, along with some of the appealing cinematography.
