I think DeForest Kelley aged worse, possibly he smoked? I know Kelley was born the same year as Doohan but Kelley died in 1999 and Doohan died in 2005.
DeForest simply looks tired/haggard and uninterested. Doohan looked pretty fit and more energetic but this is just my opinion.

Well they were the eldest of the cast so obviously they'd look the most aged when it came to 10years later. They all looked pretty much the same weight etc. just 10 years older. Shatner looked the best as.. well, he was William Shatner

I agree they all mostly look very good considering it was a ten year gap. I'm going to take a look at some pics from 82's Wrath of Khan to see who looks best/worst..the uniforms definitely looked better that's for sure!
