What's your favorite 'joke' from Moonraker

Mine is in the opening scene: The warning light in the 747 that alerts the pilots to the Moonraker's ignition. WHY would there be a warning light for the shuttle ignition in the plane's cockpit?! LOL. Somebody anticipated it might be flown off the top of the plane some day???? It makes me laugh every time. Perfectly tongue-in-cheek camp.

At the beginning of the movie, in the plane, when Bond just responds polite and casually to the pilot guy with the gun who tells Bond that he will kill him.

Is there anything here that interests you. Well I'm tempted to say yes immediately but I'd better have a look around first. Venice!

Or absolute favourite. Where's bond now. He's on his last leg sir. Cut to bond with hand on flight attendants leg!

The "bull in china shop" museum fight scene. He picks up the bowl, alarm goes off, and he's like Oh yeah this is priceless and sets it back down. Crash!

The re-entry line gets me every single time!

The re-entry line almost makes the movie worth watching.

Yes!

I tend to have a rather juvenile taste for slapstick. I can't help but laugh during the skydiving scene at the beginning after Jaws loses his parachute and attempts to flap his arms to slow himself down. Even though it's not Kiel, the stuntman did an outstanding job of displaying intensity as he strained to "fly."

In space, no one can hear you scream. On IMDB, we can hear you but we just don't give a crap.

This thread made me laugh, thanks. Moonraker is one of my favourites. The first one I saw in theater (at the age of 10) and it made me a bond fan. I do like more serious bonds as well, like From Russia with Love or Casino Royale (2006).
