The way he talks and acts is like if he is a retard with brain damage.
WTF is up with that?
He is hard to take seriously as being as powerful as he is in the way he acts.
James Gandolfini as Tony Soprano is the way to do it.
You understand what he is saying and you do not want to mess with this guy where with The Don you could prank him by pulling down his pants and he would be clueless.
